grow is represented at various locations in and around the city of Wädenswil and in the municipality of Horgen and is continuously developing further areas for entrepreneurs. To this end, we work closely with property companies from the region.

All grow cluster locations are well connected to public transport. The rental prices for the spaces are competitive and the spaces are very flexible. Depending on the location, the spaces are partially furnished and already equipped with laboratories. Everything is possible, from a desk in a shared office to large laboratories with adjoining office and meeting rooms.

General conditions grow cluster

In addition to offices, we also offer laboratories with basic equipment. The basic equipment of the laboratories can be pre-financed in consultation with the landlords and made available for a moderate rent supplement. Lease agreements generally have a term of three years, while the basic laboratory equipment is amortised over a much longer period.

  2. Discussion to clarify space requirements, equipment (office, meeting rooms, kitchen, technical standards, laboratories, etc.), time frame for moving in and planning and time frame for future expansion of the company.
  3. As soon as a suitable space has been found, individual space planning is carried out in close consultation between the future tenants and the property companies.
