Tuwag Immobilien AG has been offering customised premises for grow member companies on the Tuwag site on Einsiedlerstrasse in Wädenswil since 2004. grow has around 1,600 square metres of space on the site. In addition to young life sciences companies, the ZHAW (Campus Reidbach) as well as craft and commercial enterprises are also located at this site. The Fabrikbeiz restaurant is also located here.

The Tuwag site is located on the site of the former Wädenswil AG cloth factory near the Reidbachweiher pond. Wädenswil railway station can be easily reached on foot (15 minutes) or by bus (lines 125, 129). The second ZHAW campus Grüental with its canteen and library is connected to the Tuwag site by footpaths.
