Club grow
The grow association serves as an exchange platform for start-ups and young companies from the grow cluster. The aim of the association is to network the companies and their employees with each other and thus promote the exchange of experiences.
Activities Association grow
The grow association organises various small events throughout the year. In addition, the association’s board can represent the interests of the members externally and, for example, hold talks with research partners, companies and other institutions on behalf of the member companies of grow cluster. The grow association is supported by the companies themselves.

Board members are elected for three years. Various project groups support the Board in its work.
Membership
All companies and organisations from the grow cluster can become members. The association is also open to interested, innovative companies from the region on the left bank of Lake Zurich.
The association consists of active and passive members. Natural and legal persons, including public corporations, can become members of the association.
Active members are companies and organisations. They are actively involved in the work of the association and have the right to vote and to stand for election.
Passive members are financially or ideally committed to the purpose of the association. They only have a consultative say.
Patrons support the purpose of the association financially. They only have an advisory right of co-determination.
The founding meeting of the association took place on 15 October 2015.
