Since 2022, Riedhofstrasse 11 in Au ZH has been home to several young grow companies on around 1,100 square metres on the premises of ELEKTRON AG. Before moving in, the premises were modernised and equipped with laboratories and offices as required. The building, which dates back to 1972, has a sun terrace, a two-storey underground car park and a staff restaurant. Au railway station is a 2-minute walk away.
