The aim of VariCom GmbH is to market fruit varieties from the Agroscope research station’s breeding programme in Switzerland and internationally. VariCom coordinates the entire demand and supply chain, from the development of plant propagation and technical information on the individual fruit varieties for producers and the trade to tastings and public relations work. Licensed partners from the nursery, producer and stockist sectors are grouped under the VariCom umbrella.
