Since 2022, grow companies have had around 550 square metres at their disposal at Schönenbergstrasse 12 in the centre of Wädenswil. Before the companies moved in in 2022, the building was extensively modernised and the available space was tailored to the needs of the companies. grow uses the lower floors of the building, while the upper floors are rented by providers from the healthcare sector. The commercial and office building, which was built in 1907, was previously home to the Wädenswil hotel laundry for decades.
